1. Barbed wire barriers are generally set along the terrain. If necessary, geological planarization shall be carried out to obtain a regular appearance. In low-lying areas, when the local upper longitudinal section changes suddenly and cannot be attached to the regular clear height above the ground, long columns can be used, and then multi strand barbed wire mesh can be pulled. The linear gap between barbed wires is equal to or less than 150mm. After all columns are excavated or drilled, they shall be buried according to the agreed method. In order to ensure the stability of the column, diagonal bracing shall be added on both sides of the column every 100m; When the direction changes, the column of the isolation fence shall be provided with three diagonal braces.

The construction of barbed fence shall be carried out immediately after the completion of subgrade works; The Contractor shall conduct construction setting out and determine the center line of the column. In order to build the isolation fence according to the regular slope and alignment, the construction personnel shall carry out necessary site cleaning and tree root excavation. The anti glare barrier installed in the center of the expressway also needs two kinds of column connection. The lower column is thick and the upper column is thin.

3. Fence posts shall be embedded in sections. The two ends of the stay wire shall be embedded first, and then the center column shall be embedded. Longitudinally, the axis of the column should be a straight line; From a high point of view, the top of the column shall be flat without uneven appearance.

4. When a row of obstacles or road intersections are disconnected, the column spacing can be adjusted appropriately as needed. When crossing the river, when the width of both banks of the river does not exceed 6m, it shall be connected according to the drawing or with barbed wire; When the width on both sides of the river exceeds 6m, isolation fences shall be installed.

5. When the drawings require the column, support or anchor head to be embedded in the concrete foundation, in order to fix the column in place, the Contractor shall set up the necessary temporary cables or supports until the hardening of the concrete stops. The embedding of all columns shall meet the requirements of the drawings and be aligned. No data and components shall be installed or tightened on columns, stay cables and supports within 7 days after the concrete has set.

6. The size and type of seismic isolation grid meeting the requirements shall start from the column end as specified in the drawing. The grid shall be installed on the hook of the column or in the structure, and the connection between the structure and the column shall be firm. All mesh wires shall be tight without deformation, and the height of the device shall comply with all provisions of the drawing. At the end of the isolation fence, the column foundation shall be finally compacted.

7. When the high-voltage transmission line passes through the barbed barrier of the device, the barrier shall be grounded according to the regulations of the power department. When the conductor is parallel or close to the obstacle and the conductor is above the obstacle, the ground wire shall be buried at each end or at a distance of no more than 400 meters, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 10 ohms.
